privacy policy
last updated: May 4, 2026
Vectonar is operated as a sole proprietorship building a music analysis platform. This policy explains what we collect when you sign up for our waitlist and how we handle it. Questions: hello@vectonar.com.
what we collect
When you submit your email through our waitlist form, we collect your email address and the timestamp of your signup. We do not collect names, IP addresses, payment information, or any other personally identifiable information at this stage.
how we use it
We use your email address solely to notify you when Vectonar launches, send occasional development updates, and offer founders pricing to early waitlist members. We do not use your email for advertising, retargeting, or any unrelated purpose.
third-party services
We use third-party service providers to operate the waitlist, including an email delivery service and a web hosting provider. These providers process your email address only as needed to deliver our service and are bound by their own privacy policies. We do not sell, rent, or share your email with any other parties.
your rights
You can request access to the email we have on file, ask us to delete it, opt out of further communication, or update it. Email hello@vectonar.com with your request and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're in the EU, UK, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA — we honor these regardless of where you're located.
retention & security
We retain your email until you request deletion or until Vectonar discontinues operations. We use HTTPS for all data transmission and standard security practices to protect your information, though no internet transmission is 100% secure.
children
Vectonar is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we'll delete it.
changes
This policy will be updated when Vectonar launches its full product. Waitlist members will be notified of material changes by email.
